Christmas is two weeks away, so I decided what better post to write than a Gift Guide for Her! Whether you are shopping for a friend, mom, sister or even yourself, I went ahead and compiled a some of my favorite items and items that I think would make the perfect gift.
1. Fleece Pullover: It feels like a cloud and it is easily one of the coziest pullovers! The outside is the Sherpa fabric and the inside is lightly lined which makes it perfect for running errands or lounging around the house when the temperature drops.
2. 7 In 1 Curling Wand: It is so crazy how far technology has come! This wand set comes with 7 different barrels (3/4 inch, 1 inch, 1 1/4 inch, pearl, reverse, 1 inch spiral, 1 1/4 spiral) which offers versatility for hair looks, making it the best gift a hair-loving girl. I also love the rose-gold finish, so chic!
3. Volcano Candle: I have never smelt a candle that smells so good! I have heard all the hype about the Capri Blue Volcano candles so I had to check it out myself and oh-em-gee! SO GOOD! Another thing that I love about these candles is that the packaging for the Volcano scent comes in a variety of finishes (like the one I linked) so it makes it easy to find a container to match your home decor if the blue doesn’t quite fit in. These candles are also vegan formulated and soy blended which is great because while burning, the scent lasts longer and a significantly limited amount of toxins are being released in your home.
4. Trifold Light Up Makeup Mirror: Having a mirror to do your makeup is essential! I love this mirror because it is touch screen making it easy to use, has dimable LED lights that offer the best lighting to ensure that your makeup is properly blended and it is foldable so you can clear some space when you are finished with it.
5. Makeup Brush Set: You can never go wrong with a makeup brush set! Real Techniques is one of my favorite makeup brush brands because they are super affordable but still quality brushes. This set comes with brushes ranging from face, lip and eye. It also includes the Miracle Complexion Sponge, which is my favorite for when it comes to blending out concealer or applying setting powder to “bake” my concealer.
6. Morphe Naure Glow Eyeshadow Palette: This is one of my favorite eyeshadow palettes! I love the warm-toned shades and I also love how there are so many colors in this palette that allow you to create a variety of looks. Morphe sells a variety of eyeshadow palettes that are similar to this one, but I added this one because it has a mix of shimmer and matte shades.
7. Hair Straightener: This is one of the best hair straighteners EVER! Regardless of if I use in on my natural hair or on my weave, (I use the1 inch iron) and it leaves my hair so silky, smooth and shiny. I also love that it heats up fast which makes it perfect for doing quick touch ups here and there or when you are running out the door.
8. Feetures Socks : This are the only socks that I wear with my sneakers while working out and with the majority of my boots. They are so comfy, breathable and the best quality! The socks contour to the shape of your foot which provides the best support. If you job requires a lot of standing or you partake in activities where you are always on your feet, I highly recommend you get these! I work retail and I wear these with my booties and at the end of my shift my feet do not hurt whereas if I were to wear a different pair of socks they most definitely would.
9. Kate Spade Purse: This purse is super chic, the perfect size and it has a TON of compartments. It also comes with an adjustable clip-on cross body strap. It comes in three colors and until 12/14/2018 it is 70% off!
10. Sam Edelman Heels: These are a pair of timeless heels that would make a great addition to any girl’s closet. They are super comfy, come in a TON of color and I love the sophistication that the pointed toe adds.
11. Training Sneakers: My younger sister does 9 Round Kickboxing and she swears by these sneakers! If you do HIIT workouts, weight train or like to run short distances on the treadmill, I highly recommend these. They come in a few different colors and do run a little bit small, so be sure to size up!
12. Workout Leggings: These are my go to workout leggings, seriously THE BEST! The seams fall in the right place and they are extremely flattering. They are squat-proof (super important!) and I wear mine all the time to pilates, to the gym, and lounging around the house. If you aren’t a fan of the length or want more coverage in the waist band, no worries! Zella has a TON of different styles and colors! But I highly recommend purchasing them from Nordstrom Rack rather than Nordstrom to save major $$$.
13. Pom Pom Beanie: Beanies are the latest trend this season! Aside from being super cozy, it is dual-lined and the pom pom on top makes it even more adorable. This style also comes in a few different colors.
14. Becca Highlighter: This is one of my favorite highlighters! The formula is also really good and it goes on so smoothly and evenly and there are not any chunks of glitter while applying. The Shimmering Skin Pressed Perfector comes in various shades depending on your preference.
15. Ideal Image Gift Card: I am trying not to be biased to the other gifts that I included in this gift guide, but this gift is truly THE BEST GIFT OF THEM ALL! Ideal Image is a MedSpa that has numerous locations around the U.S and the provide services such as Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting, Juvederm, and more. I go there for Laser Hair Removal and am so happy with my results. So far, I have completed all the sessions for my upper lip and underarms (I go back for touch ups if needed- very rare!) and last Christmas my parents gave my sister and I a voucher for full legs and what a difference it has made my life so much easier not having to shave. Beauty is pain, but it is SO WORTH IT! They also almost always have specials going on, so feel free to call your nearest location to inquire more about them.
16. Sephora Perfume Sampler: I love this perfume sampler because it has some samples of the best-selling perfumes. Even better, this sampler comes with a voucher which you can go to any Sephora store and redeem to get a FREE full-size fragrance bottle from the set. Such a steal!
17. Insulated Canteen Bottle: When it comes to liquids, stainless steel bottles are the way to go! Cork Circle has really great products when it comes to cups and they come in a TON of fun colors and designs. This specific bottle keeps drinks cold for 25+ hours and warm for 12+ hours.
18. Chrissy Teigen Cookbook: Okay so, 1. I love the recipes in this book and 2. I love Chrissy Teigen. All of the recipes are extremely flavorful and healthy and she includes cute little stories here and there! I included this in the gift guide because I think this would be an excellent gift because I know a lot of people complain about not being the best cook, but in my eyes everyone can be a great cook because if you can read, you can cook!
19. Fossil Watch: The coolest watch ever! Personally, I am very traditional when it comes to watches and I can’t quite hop on the Apple Watch train. I love this watch because it still looks like a normal watch but it has some technology features such as: GPS, heart rate monitor, Bluetooth enabled, iPhone and Android connectivity, and it is swim proof. You can also change out the bands!
20. Wool Blend Peacoat: I have a similar peacoat and I get TONS of compliments on mine all the time! Aside from being stylish, it is a wool-blend so it is sure to keep you warm during low temperatures. The quality is also amazing and it comes in a few different colors.
