I am back!!! I have slowly been trying to get myself into “back to school” mode as I started school last week! It is so hard to believe that I just started my Sophomore year of college! Where has the time gone?! As far as my blogging schedule for the school year, things have been a tad chaotic lately but I am aiming for at least one new blog post every week or every other week.
Today I am sharing a review for Kylie Cosmetics lip gloss in the shade “Posie K”. I received it as a birthday gift from my best friend Olivia and I was so excited to try it out! When it comes to lip colors, I am extremely loyal to Colourpop Cosmetics as I love their Matte Liquid Lipsticks but I have always been a little curious to try out Kylie’s lip glosses! Normally I do not venture outside of my HOLY GRAIL of lip glosses which is Anastasia Beverly Hills– $16. The Kylie Cosmetics lip glosses are priced the same as ABH at $16 which is also great!

Posie K is described as a cool mid-tone berry. I must say, the color is perfect and extremely BEAUTIFUL! In addition, much to my surprise, it is also very pigmented and moisturizing. And after reading the ingredients I noticed that it has Vitamin E in it which definitely explains why it feels so nice! I wore it to work so I will say that even after eating lunch it lasted a solid 5 hours! The lip gloss does have a scent which apparently is supposed to be vanilla, but to me it smelt like bubblegum, vanilla, and chemicals which was a little bit nauseating at first but the scent lingers away after about 10 minutes or so.
I was very surprised with this lip gloss! It definitely turned out to be a lot better than I expected! I still prefer the Anastasia Lip Glosses over these, but if Kylie ends up coming out with any new lip gloss colors that catch my eye, I definitely would not mind purchasing them!
