Topicals High Roller Ingrown Hair Tonic with AHA and BHA: I’ve shared before on Instagram that while I have done laser hair removal on my body, I haven’t done it on my bikini area. I switched from waxing to sugaring my bikini area about two years ago and aside from it being better for my skin, what a difference it has made! I use this this tonic at night after I shower more so after getting sugared because it does an AMAZING job at reducing ingrown hairs and it doesn’t irritate or dry out my skin. Also, I thought that I’d add that Topicals is a Black-Owned clean beauty brand!

Fenty Bright Fix Eye Brightener Concealer: Aside from the Nars Concealer, I absolutely love the brightening effect of this concealer. It is light coverage and while I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for something more full coverage, it is extremely hydrating, lightweight, blends smoothly, and brightens my under eyes while leaving a beautiful finish without leaving me looking too washed out. For reference, I wear the shade Honey.

Paula’s Choice C15 Super Booster
: After doing some research on the benefits of using Vitamin C and the different serums on the market, I found this one to be the best for me. No matter your skin type, I highly recommend incorporating Vitamin C into your skin care routine as it helps with dark spots, fine lines, and wrinkles. This specific product has 15% Vitamin C as well as Ferulic Acid, Vitamin E, and Hyaluronic Acid and it has done wonders for my skin and leaves me glowing. I only use this product in the morning after I cleanse and tone my face and before I apply my other serums, moisturizer, and sunscreen. I follow the skin care rule of everything that I do to my face, I do to my neck, but I have found that I am not able to use this product on my neck as the skin there is more sensitive. I also want to add that the product has a shelf life of 3 months which is rather quick, but if you use it everyday like I do and do 1-2 drops, you won’t run into an issue with the product expiring on you.

Tarte Tartlette Toasted Eyeshadow Palette: This is my favorite eyeshadow palette that I have ever used. I love that the palette has warm toned shades (which I think is really rare) and beautiful neutral shades making it the perfect palette for everyday wear and the ability to do both daytime and nightime looks.

Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick: I have the shade Pillow Talk Medium and it is such a beautiful dusty rose. Paired with a lip liner, it is the perfect, “my lips but better look”. I do recommend applying chapstick prior as it can be a little bit drying compared to other lipsticks that I own, but the color is beautiful and applies smoothly.

Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Powder Foundation: Every time I wear this foundation I am blown away at the fact that it is powder foundation because it looks like my skin but better. The formula is buildable and when you top it off with a little bit of setting powder and setting spray it has such a beautiful finish, that isn’t cakey for a matte powder foundation. I have the shades 360 and 375, 375 is my summer color and I am able to get away with wearing 360 the majority of the year.

Topicals Faded Serum for Dark Spots & Discoloration: I do not have acne prone skin, but when I get the occasional pimples that leave scars I always get so frustrated and annoyed with the hyperpigmentation spots because I feel they can still be seen through my foundation because I wear lighter coverage foundation but since using it the spots have faded a lot. I only use this product at night on those spots and I do not use it when I use my BHA toner as the products cannot be mixed. Forewarning, while does have a strong smell that smells like Nair. On the plus side, as I mentioned above with the Ingrown Hair Roller, Topicals is a Black-Owned clean beauty brand!

Youth to the People Peptide + Cactus Hydrating and Firming Oasis Serum: I was looking for a hyaluronic acid to incorporate into my skincare routine. Hyaluronic acid is great for hydrating and plumping your skin as it targets wrinkles, fine lines, dryness, firmness, and elasticity. Granted that my toner does have hyaluronic acid in it, I just wanted a little extra hydration for my skin in the morning. This product is another clean beauty product.

Hourglass Ambient Lighting Palette: I have always thought that these Hourglass products look so pretty, but they were initially limited on their shade range and not really POC friendly. Thankfully, they have expanded their products and the shade ranges within those products. They recently came out with a third shade that is POC for this trio highlighting palette that I had my eye on and it was one of the gifts that my boyfriend surprised me with for Valentine’s Day! There are two other shades that the palette comes in, but I use as a highlighter and the darker shade I use as a bronzer. All so pretty!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Blush Trio
: I have always been a fan of Anastasia Beverly Hills products. I love this blush palette because it offers a good variety of shades to do different looks. I have the palette in Berry Adore which has a darker berry, berry pink, and a super pretty coral. If you don’t fancy these shades, there are other shades that the palette comes in.

Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen: LOVE LOVE LOVE this sunscreen! It is SPF 40, doesn’t leave a white cast, is scentless, oil-free and is great for all skin types. It is also a clean beauty product. The texture of the sunscreen is very similar to a makeup primer, so if you don’t find it necessary to also apply makeup primer on top, you will be perfectly fine.

Farmacy Deep Sweep 2% BHA Pore Cleaning Toner with Moringa and Papaya: If you have combination or oily skin you will love this product! It really helps clean my pores and it doesn’t strip your skin. I used to use it morning and night, but I alternate using the product just at night. Because the toner is a BHA exfoliant, it’s not best to use with certain products such as retinol.

Mizani Wonder Crown Scalp Foaming Pre-Cleanse: I love using this product before I wash my hair when i am wearing protective hair styles. There’s a slight tingle that feels so nice on my scalp and it does a great job at remedying dry scalp, removing dirt, and build up.

I thought in addition to sharing some of my favorite products, that I’d also share what’s in my cart!

  1. Ranavat Brightening Saffron Serum Radiant Rani
  2. Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish
  3. Sephora Collection Microsmooth Multi-Tasking Baked Face Palette

Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lipstick 2: The pigmentation of Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks are unreal and the formula is amazing. I have one of their lipsticks and can’t wait to grow my collection. Because her lipsticks are definitely on the pricier end, the sale is a great time to grab a color that you want to try or have had your eyes on. I have had my eyes on the shade Amazing Amal, but this specific collection is named after notable women in Hollywood.

Wander Beauty On The Go Blush & Illuminator: I will admit, I was hesitant at first but I was recently introduced to cream blush and am upset that I did not discover it sooner. I have the shade Strawberry Fields in my cart and these blush and highlighter sticks come in a few different shades that offer medium coverage with a natural finish. They are also a clean beauty product!

Kiehl’s Since 1851 Rare Earth Deep Pore Minimizing Cleansing Clay Mask: I do a clay mask once a week but have been on the market to try a new brand after reading the ingredients on the ones that I am currently using. Clay masks work best on normal, combination, and oily skin and are great for cleaning out your pores, minimizing redness, and leaving your skin smooth and refreshed. I also love that this product is a clean beauty product.

Tata Harper Superkind Fragrance-Free Bio Barrier Serum: This serum targets aging while protecting your skin barrier, reducing dark spots, fine lines, wrinkles, and dryness. It also adds extra moisture and helps reduce redness. Another clean beauty product! I will admit that is quite pricey, but I was waiting until the sale to think about purchasing it.

Fenty Beauty Sun Stalk’R Face + Eye Bronzer and Highlighter Palette: This palette just came out and I am genuinely surprised that it is not already sold out. When it comes to makeup, there are no rules, I use bronzer and highlighter as eyeshadow, so I love that this palette is a eye and face palette as it leaves it up to the user on how and where they want to apply the product as the shades are neutral and universal.

Merit Signature Lightweight Lipstick: These lipsticks just came out and the colors are so pretty! I don’t own any makeup products by Merit, but I do know that they are taking over in the clean beauty space. These lipsticks are lightweight, hydrating, and oh so pigmented. I personally can’t decide which shade I want? I am still deciding between the shades Fashion, Cabo, or Slip.

Viktor&Rolf Flowerbomb Ruby Orchid Eau de Parfum: I own the travel sized spritz version of this perfume and I really like it so I want to purchase the full bottle! If you have smelt the OG Flowerbomb, I would say that this perfume smells a lot sweeter as it has notes of peach, ruby orchid, and bourbon vanilla. I can’t say that I own a perfume that smells like it.

Alpha-H Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot Serum with 14% Glycolic Acid and Tripeptide-5: This serum is an AHA and targets dark spots, wrinkles, fine lines, wrinkles, and loss of elasticity for smoother, brighter, and plumper skin. I don’t have any fine lines or wrinkle yet, so I plan to use this product 1-2 times a week for prevention measures. But at the same time, because it is an exfoliant, it’s not necessary to use everyday as it might be too harsh on your skin.

Necessaire The Body Exfoliator with Bamboo Charcoal: To be honest, I have used a few body exfoliators and have yet to find one that I am super impressed with, so I hope to snag this scrub during the sale to give it a try. It is also a clean beauty product, AHA/BHA formula with Bamboo Charcoal to help exfoliate away the dead skin. It comes in three scents, and while I am not a fan of fragranced items unless it is perfume, so I plan to get the fragrance free scent.

Saie Dew Blush Liquid Cheek Blush: Being new to cream blush, I have also never tried a liquid blush. This water based gel blush has a creamy consistency, blendable formula. When it comes to liquid blushes, I have heard that a little bit goes a long way. I have the shades Dreamy and Spicy in my cart.

Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder: If you have combination or oily skin, having a great setting powder is crucial to keeping your makeup long-lasting. I’ve heard a lot of great things about this product and wanted to give it a try to try something new.

Ranavat Brightening Saffron Serum-Radiant Rani: This is another serum that I have had my eye on for a while but haven’t able to make the purchase as it is on the pricer end. This serum is great for all skin types and is a brightening, clean beauty facial serum that targets dullness, uneven texture, and blemishes. The highlighted ingredients are saffron, tumeric, and licorice root.

Sephora Collection Microsmooth Multi-Tasking Baked Face Palette: As if I need another face palette! LOL. The colors within this palette are so pretty and there are two shades offered making it such a versatile palette that will look great on everyone.
