Below are a few of my favorite items & what’s on my wishlist/in my cart:

All of my opinions in this blog post are mine. This blog post contains affiliate links for products, which means that I get a small commission (at no cost to you) if you purchase any items from the links shared below.

  • LYS Beauty Skin Loyalty Setting Spray: I recently discovered this black-owned clean makeup brand and I am in LOVE this setting spray! The spray has a soft-matte finish but the Cucumber Extract, Green Tea Extract, and Aloe Leaf Juice in the setting spray doesn’t dry out my skin, but still leaves my makeup and skin looking natural and hydrated. It’s also full-sized and without the sale discount, less than $25!
  • Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer: I have this lip gloss in the shades Fenty Glow and RiRi and I love them both! They are super hydrating and all of the shades are equally flattery on all complexions. These glosses are scented- it took me a while to figure out the scent, but to me, it smells like strawberry kiwi!
  • Hourglass Ambient Lighting Palette: I have this palette in Volume III and it is so pretty! When it comes to makeup, there are no rules. So you are able to use the shades in this palette however they best suit you. Of the 3 shades in this palette, I use the left two the most; the middle for bronzer and the right for highlighter.
  • Fenty Beauty Shadowstix Longwear Eyeshadow Stick: I literally do the same eyeshadow look every time I wear makeup, so I don’t like to buy palette’s with a lot of colors and gravitate more towards travel sized palettes. I love these eyeshadow sticks because they are so easy to use and have the prettiest finish.
  • Nudestix Cream Blush All Over Face Color: I have tried so many cream blush sticks and out of all of them, the ones by Nudestix are my favorite. They come in a variety of different colors and finishes, are hydrating, doesn’t clog my pores, and have the hues. The brush on the other end is also very convenient- I personally don’t use it. I love using my Sephora Collection Pro Blush Brush #99if you can, take advantage of the 30% Sephora Collection and buy this brush!
  • Rare Beauty Warm Wishes Effortless Bronzer Stick: I switched to this bronzer stick as I realized that the one that I was previously using had pore-clogging ingredients and was contributing to my breakouts. I love that this product doesn’t have any pore-clogging ingredients, how smoothly it applies- like butter!, and how easy it is too blend.
  • Bare Minerals Gen Nude Bronzer + Blush: This blush in a staple in my makeup collection. I use this blush everytime I do my makeup and it is gorgeous! If I use a cream blush, I’ll use that as my base blush and then go over it with this one. It has the prettiest rosy color and gives me a sunkissed glow. I wish more people knew about it.
  • Ami Cole Lid Joy Matte Liquid Eyeshadow: As I mentioned earlier in this post, I keep my eyeshadow looks very simple and do the same look everytime. I recently discovered this product and have been using it as my base before I apply the Fenty Shadow Stick on top. Even though the product has a matte finish, it has Aloe and Vitamin E in it, making it extremely hydrating. Also, another great black-owned brand!
  • Benefit BADgal Bang! Volumizing Mascara: If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! This mascara is my tried and true! I have been using it for YEARS and I don’t think that I will ever switch because is cooperates with my curly eyelashes. I personally prefer to purchase travel-sized mascaras because I find that it is the perfect amount of mascara in a tube for me. However, this set is the best bang for your buck because you get a full-sized mascara and a travel size for essentially the same price as a full-sized tube.
  • Ami Cole Hydrating lip Treatment Oil: I know that lip oils have been extremely popular lately. I am super late to the game and recently discovered these. *chef’s kiss* I have all of the shades and it delivers the perfect amount of pigment, hydration, and shine. There also isn’t a scent, which is great if you prefer unscented lip products.
  • Summer Fridays Lip Balm for Hydration & Shine: This balm is my fav! I own the shades Vanilla and Vanilla Beige and have repurchased them several times. Super hydrating and these two shades specifically smell so good. This product comes in a few other shades and the shade correlates with the scent. I’m personally not a fan of the other scents, which is why I mainly stick with these two shades. I would like to one day try the Cherry scent but I don’t gravitate towards that lip color as often as I would with the nude shades.
  • Tower 28 Swipe All Over Hydrating Serum Concealer: I had to switch concealers as the one that I was previously using for years randomly started drying out my under eyes. This concealer is super hydrating and gives me great coverage. This is the first product that I have tried from this brand and I am very impressed!
  • Mizani Wonder Crown Clarifying Scalp Treatment: I wish I could tell you how many times that I have repurchased this product, but I genuinely have lost count! One of my faves! If you wear protective styles this product is a must for clarifying your scalp. I use this before I shampoo my hair when I have braids in or braid down under my wigs and it feels amazing on my scalp and really helps remove product build up.
  • Make Up Forever Artist Color Pencil Brow, Eye & Lip Liner: I included both of these shades because I couldn’t decide on one. Super pretty colors if you are someone who prefers warmer toned liners because cooler toned liners look grey on you. These liners are multi-use and for the most part can be used on your brows, eyes, and lips. I personally have only used them on my lips, but I am sure that the right shade would be great for you brows or eyes.
  • Cay Skin Deepwater Hydrating & Soothing Body Creme with Sea Moss & Niacinamide: I am so surprised by how many people have never heard of this body creme- it is so underrated! A little goes a long way and it is super hydrating and leaves my skin feeling extremely soft. It does have a citrus scent that fades away after application.
  • Paula’s Choice C15 Vitamin C Super Booster: I’ve been using this Vitamin C serum for a few years and it is really great! The shelf life once you open the product is 3 months, but if you use it everyday you run out just in time. Combined with sunscreen, Vitamin C does wonders on your skin on fixing uneven texture and fading dark spots.
  • Topicals High Roller Ingrown Hair Tonic with AHA and BHA: I use this tonic on my bikini area after I get Brazilian sugaring done. Combined with dry brushing, and African Exfoliating clothsI have noticed a significant difference in the amount of ingrowns hairs. Another great black-owned brand!
  • Dr. Barbara Strum Balancing Toner: I recently started using this toner and I really like it. It is on the pricier side, but if you need a toner that is mild but soothes your skin this is a great one. I rotate between this toner and two others.
  • Supergoop Glowscreen Body Lotion SPF 40: I do not play about my sunscreen! I love that this one has shimmer in it while still protecting my skin. The sunscreen doesn’t irritate my skin or clog my pores.
  • Peace Out Retinol Eye Stick: This is my second time purchasing this retinol eye stick and I like it so far. When it comes to retinol, the common issue that many run into is that it can be irritating to the skin while getting acclimated to the product. I have very sensitive skin and have not had any issues with this product.
  • Belif Moisturizing Eye Bomb with Peptide and Ceramide: This is a new product for me and so far I like it! It doesn’t irritate my under eyes and is super lightweight. I’m not sure if I can say it keeps them hydrated for approximately 48 hours since I do clean my face in the morning and night, but it is a decent eye cream that keeps my under-eyes hydrated.
  • Farmacy Deep Sweep 2% BHA Pore Cleaning Toner with Moringa & Papaya: This toner is a great chemical exfoliant that is not super harsh on your skin. I have combination skin and there are times where my skin is on the oiler side. This toner does a great job at cleaning my pores and manging the oil. Great for the summer time in my opinion if you are like me and tend to have dryer skin in the winter.
  • Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia Parfum: If I had to choose one perfume to wear for the rest of my life, it would be this fragrance. It is so beautiful! It is a fruity floral with notes of pear, white gardenia, and brown sugar. If you love fruity florals, I would definitely recommend this perfume.
  • Dolce&Gabbana Devotion Eau de Parfum: This scent is super interesting and I have never smelled anything like it! This scent is a warm floral that has notes of candied citrus, orange blossom, and vanilla. Typically I shy away from vanilla scents because I find them extremely nauseating, but the scents in this perfume pair together nicely. I saw some videos on TikTok that described the smell of this perfume as the equivalent of lemon pound cake and I can confirm that I agree. Very unique and yummy!
  • Ellis Brooklyn SunFruit Parfum: This is my summer staple scent! It reminds me of being on a vacation on laying out on the beach enjoying the sun. This perfume is a fruity floral and has notes of fig, bergamot, cyclamen, jasmine, coconut, and vanilla. In my opinion the coconut and fig notes are the most prominent to me. If you aren’t a coconut fan, I recommend that you still give this perfume a try. I cannot tolerate the smell of coconut in perfumes because often times its done incorrectly and smells artificial. However, Ellis Brooklyn got it right and this perfume is so good!
  • Valentino Donna Born In Roma Green Stravaganza Parfum: This is one of the newer perfumes by Valentino. I was able to get a sample of it and was presently surprised because I am not a fan of the other Born in Roma perfumes. This perfume is warm floral and has notes of a tea accord, jasmine, and vanilla. In addition to those notes, I also personally smell a fruity citrus in it, possibly lime and/or berry. This scent is a great scent for spring that you can also wear in the summer!
  • Rabanne FAME Parfum: This perfume is another great summer scent! It smells very sweet and is a warm floral with notes of mango, jasmine, and incense. I had always wanted to add a perfume with a mango note to my collection, Villhelm Parfumerie has one called Mango Skin that is out of my budget but have heard a lot of great reviews about. This perfume is on the stronger side and you probably will not have to reapply.
  • Sephora Collection Organic Cotton Pads: I have heard a lot of great things about these cotton pads. I use Clean Skin Club towels, cotton balls, and cotton pads to clean my face at night. I have seen TikToks where people share that these cotton pads are a pretty decent size, at least bigger than the ones I have been purchasing, so I would like to give them a try.
  • Valentino Donna Born In Roma Green Stravaganza Parfum: I listed this above in my favorite fragrances because I would like to purchase a bottle or a travel spray since I currently have a few spritzes left in my sample.
  • Jo Malone London Sunlit Cherimoya Cologne : It looks like this perfume is sold out, hopefully they bring it back! I have absolutely zero clue what this perfume smells like and I normally do not blind buy, but the notes have me curious that it may be something that I might like. This perfume is fruity and has notes of bergamot, cherimoya, and capahu resin. I’ll have to check in store to see if it is available.
  • Supergoop Protec(tint) Daily SPF Tint SPF 50 Sunscreen Skin Tint with Hyaluronic Acid and Ectoin: I love Supergoop products and am excited to try out their newest product. I don’t wear makeup everyday, but I do wear sunscreen everyday, I am curious to see how the tinted sunscreen will work for me.
  • Rare Beauty Kind Words Lip Liner: These lip liners are priced very well and I am excited to try them!
  • One Size Lip Snatcher Waterproof Precision Lip Liner: I don’t have any One Size products so I am excited to give this lip liner a try. I love that it is waterproof which means that it is long-lasting.
  • Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Hydrating Lipstick:I already own a CT lipstick and it is really great quality. I don’t think that you need a bagillion colors because they are on the pricer side, so I want to give this shade a try! I typically wear Pillow Talk Medium.
  • Danessa Myricks Yummy Face 1.0 All Over Complexion Brush: There are not any rules in makeup, but I love that this brush can be used for foundation, blush, bronzer, powder, etc. I am on the hunt for a new bronzer brush and this this one looks similar to the style that I like.
  • Saie Beauty Dew Blush Blendable Liquid Blush: Believe it or not, but I don’t own any liquid blushes! I also do not own any products from Saie so I am excited to hopefully try this one. From what I have seen, it is very hydrating and easy to blend, which is exactly what I like and want.
  • Rare Beauty All Of The Above Weightless Eyeshadow Stick: As I said earlier in this post, when it comes to eyeshadow, I like to keep it simple. This shade looks like another pretty shimmer shade to add to my rotation of the few colors that I use.
  • Brown Girl Jane Carnivale Parfum: I have 2 perfumes from Brown Girl Jane and am excited to try this new perfume by them- especially after seeing it was inspired by Trinidad. Being half Trinidadian, without a question, I want to give this perfume a try.! It is a fruity floral that has notes of Caribbean mango, whipped musk, and vanilla. Another great black-owned brand to support! I want to start off with a travel size spray and if I like it, I will eventually purchase the bottle.
  • PHLUR Mood Ring Parfum: The notes of this perfume intrigued me and I have seen a lot of reviews that say that is smells very unique. This perfume is a fruity floral and has notes of fruit gummies, orange flower, and musk. Like Carnivale, I want to start off with a travel size spray and if I like it, I will eventually purchase the bottle.
  • Farmacy Honey Milk Hydrating Essence: I don’t need this product, but I just want to try it! Lol. I damaged my skin barrier and am in the process of repairing it. I am curious if this product can help with hydration, not just now, but anytime in the future if I have dry spots.
  • Haus Labs Bio-Radiant Gel Powder Highlighter with Fermented Arnica: I NEED a new highlighter and swatched this in store a few weeks ago and it is so beautiful. I have been wanting to try products from Haus Labs but after reviewing the ingredients (IYKYK if you also are allergic to everything), a lot of the products have almond oil in it and I have a nut allergy. Luckily this one doesn’t so I am able to try it!

That’s all for me for the Sephora Spring Savings Event. What products are some of your faves that are on your wish list?
